Doug, Ava & I visited Mt. Vernon on one of the most beautiful days this winter. The estate was absolutely gorgeous, but this view was my favorite!

The Taylors: Livin' it up in D.C.! Well, more like survivin' in D.C. We moved from the comforts of our home in Utah to Washington, D.C. in August of 2005. At the time, all we knew is that Doug was going to school ... and that's it. No jobs, no idea what our apartment was like, and no clue what life would bring. Fortunatley, we haven't been dissapointed! And to add to our excitment on our little adventure, our sweet little Ava joined us on our journey on January 19, 2007. Life hasn't been the same since!
